How does it work?

All gift subscriptions are prepaid meaning you as the gift giver won't have to worry about managing future charges etc.
Can my recipient choose their grind preference?
Yes, absolutely! Once your recipient clicks the link to redeem their gift subscription, they will be able to select the grind preference of their choice:

How will my gift recipient get notified?
Great question! Your recipient will receive an email notifying them that a gift from 41&Change was sent by you, the sender. This email will contain your brief "Gift Message" that you filled out above to add a personal touch.
We will send 3 gentle reminders if the gift remains unclaimed.
How much coffee will my recipient receive?
Great question, again! All our gift subscriptions are priced to cover our 12 oz bag cost + our standard shipping fee. Your recipient will receive credits which effectively gives them the following:
3 Month Subscription = Three (3) 12 oz bags delivered at the recipient's desired frequency
6 Month Subscription = Six (6) 12 oz bags delivered at the recipient's desired frequency
12 Month Subscription = Twelve (12) 12 oz bags delivered at the recipient's desired frequency
What happens if my recipient doesn't claim their gift?
We will attempt to notify your recipient up to 3 times, at which point we will also notify you (the sender) via email that the gift is still unclaimed. You can then reach out to your recipient to let them know they have a gift waiting!
Can I get a refund for an unused gift?
Yes, but only for gift subscriptions that have not been redeemed. Please reach out via our chat tool or email us at admin@41change.com and we will process your request.
